This came from a General Electric Ultrasound machine most likely the Vivid 3 based on a computer with a Supermicro motherboard. It comes with an adapter for internal mounting on a 5.25" computer case slot. Also comes with serial and parallel extensions and adapters. Fully testing is not possible but it came from a clean environment where everything else was fully working! You can find the other parts of the Supermicro computer also listed on the store!
