This is an old, hand painted and certified reproduction of Panagia Giatrissia / Παναγία Γιάτρισσα (Virgin Mary the Healer) originally created by the famous iconographer Theophanis o Kris (Θεοφάνης ο Κρης). It's not clear to me who the creator of this reproduction is.
This is certified hand made in the old traditional manner of Byzantine art. It has been painted with egg, tempera and gold on old wood.
Dimensions are: 25x18cm for the art alone and 36x26cm the whole piece. (It's one piece, there is no separate frame)
Please inspect the pictures for its condition.
